1. Digital Products Policy
Vibook sells digital books (PDF format). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the book has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We consider refund requests in the following cases:
- The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged but did not receive access to the book
- Duplicate charges for the same order
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the content
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase:

- Include your order details and reason for the request
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you within 2 business days to review your case and reach a fair solution. We are committed to resolving every issue.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account within 5-10 business days.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from receiving your daily books, please contact us and we will extend your subscription accordingly.
6. European Consumers (EU)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content contract within 14 days unless you have already started accessing the digital content and have consented to waive your right of withdrawal.
